Founder | Managing DirectorStephen began his career in property in 1987 after serving as an infantry soldier.
He opened a successful estate agency and built it to four branches, before selling the business and moving into property investment in 2004 and later specialist property finance in 2014.
A consistent multi-award winner for both broking and service excellence, his work today focuses on two core areas: the specialist property finance brokerage and independent consultancy, to assist others improve or grow their businesses. Danielle has worked alongside Stephen for over 12 years, sharing his commitment to delivering exemplary service. Together, they have contributed to the success of every business they have been involved in, consistently achieving strong results.
Working intensely on each case side by side, the pair consistently deliver a level of service rarely found elsewhere.
Danielle has extensive experience across a wide range of property scenarios and is able to guide clients confidently toward successful outcomes, resolving issues efficiently along the way.
She manages each funding application through to a smooth conclusion, providing thoughtful input to enhance the client experience and maintaining relationships well beyond completion.
Catherine Beswick

Catherine liaises between clients, introducers and our community of hand-picked professionals, who complete our service to enable full coverage of any requirement a property professional may need whilst building their portfolio.
Lenders, lawyers, valuation surveyors, asset managers, monitoring surveyors, accountants, specialist insurance brokers, asset finance and cashflow brokers, vat experts and many more professionals are all on hand to assist clients.
Coordinating our community partners, Catherine keeps the flow of information accurate and up to date, tying everything together, seamlessly

Susan has been part of the business since its inception, playing a key role in developing, implementing and maintaining the company’s core principles and operating procedures.
The firm’s processes sit at the heart of what we do, ensuring a consistently high level of service for our clients. These systems have been designed specifically around specialist property finance, recognising that in this sector there is no one size fits all approach.
She ensures that systems, workflows and internal processes evolve alongside technological advances, helping the business remain efficient, responsive and representative of a modern, forward-thinking brokerage.
